Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the citi777 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications, tools, or services provided by citi777.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the citi777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in a Player's citi777 Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by citi777 that are subject to separate wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before it qualifies for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region where use of the citi777 Platform is not permitted by applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for transactions on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the citi777 Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by it. This Agreement is effective from the date you first access or use the Platform.

citi777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a citi777 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. citi777 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of citi777.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You may hold only one (1) Account on the citi777 Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly forbidden.

citi777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your citi777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must notify citi777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

citi777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account. We will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

All transactions made through your Account — including deposits, withdrawals, and bets — will be considered authorised by you unless you report a security breach to our support team at the earliest opportunity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the citi777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and approved banking channels. citi777 does not accept cash payments or transfers from unverified third-party accounts.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. citi777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. citi777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days.
• citi777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding 50,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by citi777's finance team.
• citi777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

citi777 offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions stated in this clause.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be exploited for the purpose of guaranteed profit through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy that citi777 determines is not in the spirit of the promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from the account.
• citi777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, citi777's records shall be considered definitive.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the citi777 Platform — including Aviator, Buffalo King, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

Game outcomes on citi777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer mechanics, as applicable. citi777 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or software error during a game round, citi777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's balance. citi777 will not honour winnings that arise from a demonstrable game malfunction.

• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that was not intended by citi777.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity. citi777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Attempting to access or interfere with citi777's back-end systems, servers, or databases.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable via any communication channel on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the citi777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and design elements, is the exclusive property of citi777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any citi777 content.

The citi777 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the citi777 brand. Unauthorised use of these marks for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, citi777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the citi777 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party payment delays.

citi777's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total value of that Player's account balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.

citi777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Privacy & Data

citi777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

citi777 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Amendments to These Terms

citi777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are considered material — such as changes to deposit/withdrawal rules, bonus conditions, or eligibility criteria — citi777 will provide notice on the Platform or via registered email at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or reorganisation of content that does not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision at all times.

Termination

citi777 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where citi777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continuation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to citi777.

A Player may close their citi777 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and citi777 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Players may submit a formal complaint to citi777's support team at any time. citi777 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. citi777's decision on all matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account activity shall be considered final absent manifest error.
